THE ART OF INTENTION

Spellcraft

The mechanics of bending probability. Where raw intention is compressed into a precisely engineered astral command that rewrites the architecture of your reality.

The Anatomy of a Spell

A spell is not a wish, a prayer, or a positive affirmation. It is a precision instrument — a compressed energetic payload designed to bypass the filters of the conscious mind and embed a direct command into the subconscious matrix where reality is actually assembled.

Every spell that has ever worked — from a medieval love charm to a modern candle working — operates on three absolute pillars. If any of these is weak, vague, or absent, the spell misfires or scatters into noise.

The Three Pillars of Every Working

I. Intention (The Blueprint): You must define the exact desired outcome with the precision of a surgical order. "I want more money" is noise. "I command $2,000 into my checking account by the 15th of this month" is a direct astral address. The universe cannot deliver a package without a specific destination.

II. Energy (The Fuel): Emotion is the rocket fuel of magic. You must summon a state of intense emotional charge — fierce desperation, blazing joy, cold concentrated anger — while holding the image. A flat, numb practitioner generates zero magical output. Period.

III. Action (The Engine): The physical anchor that pulls astral intent into material reality. Carving a candle, burning a petition, burying a coin bundle at a crossroads. Without this physical component, the spell remains a thought — vivid, but impotent.

Critical Principle: Never cast while emotionally unstable. Sobbing, raging, or drunk gives you massive fuel but zero directional control. The spell will fire wildly, often manifesting your subconscious fear instead of your stated intent. Wait until you can hold the emotion like a loaded weapon — aimed deliberately.

Sympathetic & Candle Magick

The oldest and most direct form of low magick is sympathetic action: like attracts like. A candle represents the self or a target. As it burns, it transmutes physical matter (wax) into energy (light + heat), releasing your mapped intention directly into the astral plane through the element of Fire.

Petition Paper Construction

The petition is the written command placed under, inside, or alongside the candle. The way you prepare the paper is not decorative — it is the structural engineering of your astral request.

📝 How to Construct a Petition Paper

1

Material: Tear (never cut) a square from a brown paper bag. The raw, uneven edges symbolize organic, natural force. Lined or white paper is too "civilized" — it does not hold intention as well.

2

Write the Target: Write the target's full name 3 times (or your own name for self-workings). Turn the paper 90 degrees clockwise. Write your commanding phrase 3 times over the names, creating a cross pattern.

3

Dress the Paper: Apply a small drop of condition oil (matching the intent) to each corner and the center of the paper — forming a quincunx (5-spot) pattern like a dice face.

4

Fold with Intent: To draw something toward you, fold the paper toward your body. To push something away, fold away from your body. Turn 90 degrees and fold again. Repeat 3 folds total.

5

Deploy: Place the folded petition under the candle, inside a honey jar, buried at a crossroads, or burned to release the intent instantly into the ether.

Lunar Timing & Momentum

A spell acts like a boat. Your intention is the sail, but the moon phase is the tide. Casting a road-opening spell during a waning moon means you must expend triple the energetic force to row against the natural current. Time your workings correctly, and the current does most of the work for you.

🌑 New Moon: Planting seeds, dark workings, new beginnings, shadow work, cursing.

🌒 Waxing Moon: Drawing things toward you — money, love, success, health. Building momentum.

🌕 Full Moon: Maximum power. Climax of energy. Divination, charging tools, amplifying any working.

🌘 Waning Moon: Pushing things away. Banishing, cord-cutting, removing obstacles, breaking hexes, uncrossing.
